Hi, I’m Rowan!

I’m a multilingual writer and animal handler who uses words to solve problems and improve lives. With a background in Environmental & Wildlife Management, my added experience in the technical, creative writing, veterinary & retail industries allows me to translate client experience – and animal experience! – into user experience. I create actionable solutions, bridging gaps in communication using skill, compassion, and empathy.
